Wow, that newspaper is a great revelation about the mentality of those times: "Jap," and "Woman Votes No." Glad to be living in these times.
It is eye-opening to see what got printed as headlines in the past.
I can remember walking across the "Burdines Bridge" many times in my youth. That must have been constructed later.
