I never realized George Smathers was that much younger than brother, Frank!
I was good friends with Frank when he had the house across from the Montgomery Foundation in the corner of Red Road and Old Cutler. George had a unique way of word phrasing, practically a whole language to itself full of double meanings. I have a great photo of my Aunt with her high school class on the US capitol steps, with George sitting by them.
My Aunt graduated Edison in '53. I am not certain when the photo was taken but I am glad to share it with you if there is a way to do so. Lots of other people, including at least another politician in the photo I would love to identify.

Your aunt was part of Miami High's Class of 1932? So was my grandmother. I have her yearbook from her senior year at Miami High.

Do you have it in digital format? If so, you can e-mail it to me.
I will give that a try now, oh yes I put it in digital awhile back.
I think you have my email address. If not, let me know.
