Another well thought-out and interesting article by Casey! Sadly, another iconic part of Miami History is soon to be gone, and still another tacky and gaudy oversized condo will take its place. Too bad that the City of Miami and Miami Dade County puts dollars before history that can never be recovered.

There are lots of reasons I don't like hearing that this building will be demolished.
